Prosecutorial Trial Assistance

  • In Texas, the Institute can prosecute cases with or for prosecutorial offices as Assistant Criminal District Attorneys when requested.
  • Outside of Texas, the Institute can provide all of the assistance listed under Prosecutorial Trial Preparation and Prosecutorial Consulting, other than appearing in court as sworn prosecutors.
