A Promise Worth Keeping

Justice For All

Building Positive Change into the System

Policy Informed by Practice

Grounded in Reality

ICT is committed to working with our partners toward the eradication of human trafficking nationwide, but systemic change does not occur without system analysis and strategic thought.  Effective change is long term, sustainable, and system informed.  ICT works at all levels of the system, educating and equipping law enforcement and prosecution, while seeking justice for individual victims.  We empower cities to engage in sustainable prevention and early interdiction at the community level.  And finally, we are dedicated to gathering and returning data to the policy-making process, so that efforts to change laws at the state and national levels are grounded in reality rather than supposition.  ICT provides big-picture vision informed by the lived experience and clarity of law enforcement, prosecution, survivors, and communities on the front lines in the fight against trafficking.
